As much as we possibly can. USPS shipping allows anything that weighs 13 ounces or less to be shipped 1st class and most buttons can be shipped that way. However when they go over that 13 ounces they will have to go priority. 1st class charges are 3.50 and priority are 6.50 which includes a modest handling fee for bubble envelopes or bubble wrap.

ASAP, usually that same day item is purchased if it is by 1:PM Indiana time which allows me to get it packed before my mailman gets here. If not that day then the next unless the PO is closed for Holidays or Sundays. We ship 6 days a week and always pack carefully.

Well... For one, we are trustworthy but if you need proof you are always welcome to check our previous feedback on Ebay under the user name papnap, we are still in good standing there but feel we need to move on and try a new venue. We always try to point out any flaws or problems with an item that is selling and try to be as honest as we know how. You will always receive the exact item you see pictured in the listing. We also care that our customers are satisfied and try to do everything we can to make that happen.

If it is possible for us to find what it is that you want we will do our level best. We have put together many special orders of buttons for crafts people and artists and are happy to do it again. We also visit many estate auctions and sales and try to find things you might like and will be glad to look for something special for you.

We do sell many buttons but have lots of other vintage and quality items from time to time as well. Many of our buttons customers have purchased vintage items right along with their buttons!

ABOSOLUTELY NOT! lol We are learning right along with you and anytime you feel we have given the wrong information on a button by all means let us know! We do belong to the National Button Society and try to go to as many shows as our budget will allow but we are in no way experts! However we do love buttons and consider them to be tiny works of art. We try to follow cleaning and testing guidelines that are approved by the NBS.
